the stay was almost lovely. i had no bath mats, and the shower head was barely functional, yet they boast about cleanliness. i expected at least a room upgrade for my two night stay after all this discomfort, but no such luck. i just couldn’t bring myself to give this a good review, unfortunately.

missingWrote a review on Dec 04small room
The room's size felt cramped with luggage, and cleanliness issues were apparent, leading to concerns about possible bed bugs. Additionally, the fridge had a door that didn't close, and there weren't enough hooks or options for hanging clothes. Missing bath mats after showers also made for an uncomfortable experience.

Our stay was fantastic! The cozy beds made it so easy to rest up, and we loved the large common area where we could unwind with some board games. Just a heads-up, the walls are a bit thin, but it didn’t spoil our experience at all. Definitely take advantage of the free gear if you're hitting Torres del Paine! 😊

missingWrote a review on Apr 08cozy roomgenerous breakfastthin wallslimited parkingsmall bathroom
The cozy double room provided enough space for our belongings, and the warm shower was a welcome relief after hiking. Breakfast options were generous with enough choices to fuel the day, and the open kitchen was practical. However, the thin walls meant conversations could be heard from neighboring rooms, and parking was limited to street availability. While the cleanliness was satisfactory, the small bathroom felt cramped, reducing comfort during our stay.

We loved our stay at this cozy spot! The included breakfast was fantastic, especially the do-it-yourself eggs, which the kids enjoyed. The atmosphere was relaxed, and our precious dog was welcomed with open arms. Truly a family-friendly experience!
My wife says that the kids wished there were more play areas outside.
